We remove most information provided to us by clients or prospects as soon as services are ceased or client asks for removal. We will continue to store limited information about the client for up to 10 years for accounting, record keeping and administrative purposes. If we consider there is a need to store records for longer (for example, if legally necessary) then we will retain the data for as long as is necessary.

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal information for marketing purposes. You can exercise that right by checking the relevant boxes when you complete an online booking form or by contacting us at any time.
